HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEM(s)?

We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.) or PayPal.

 

Please note: If you want to pay via American Express, please select PayPal in the checkout and then click on the option "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" inside PayPal. If you need help with that, please contact our customer service.

YES! Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT DOESN’T WORK?

We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!

WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?

During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!

WHERE IN THE WORLD DO YOUR SHIP TO?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
*Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes so please enter a full street address when placing your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM(S) TO ARRIVE?

Our handcrafted handbags typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Our umbrellas and wood sculptures are handmade on demand, requiring about 2 weeks for carving, treating, and drying. Shipping usually takes less than a week.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us immediately after placing your order - we’ll do our best to speed up the process for you!

 

CAN I TRACK MY ITEM(S) JOURNEY?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your bags journey at www.dhl.com or www.fedex.com You can also send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.

 

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

Yes, of course. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us. Please note, that you must contact us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
