During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!

WHERE IN THE WORLD DO YOUR SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide (except to Russia, Singapore and Indonesia, sorry!) with DHL or FEDEX Express.
*Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes so please enter a full street address when placing your order.
Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Amerii cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you should decide to decline a package you will be refunded minus a fee for returning the item to us and restocking it.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM(S) TO ARRIVE?
Your item(s) should arrive within approximately 2 weeks. Please note that since all items are handmade, and some are crafted on demand, this timeline allows for the careful creation and preparation of your order before shipping.
If you need your order by a certain date, it would be best for you to contact us as soon as you have ordered, and we'll do our best to get the order processed ASAP.
CAN I TRACK MY ITEM(S) JOURNEY?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your bags journey at www.dhl.com or www.fedex.com You can also send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
Yes, of course. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us. Please note, that you must contact us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
