Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but if we made a mistake - like sending the wrong item or a defective one - we’ll make it right at no cost to you. We’ll cover the shipping and send you a free replacement.

Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts (not due to our error) may only be eligible for a partial refund.
